ABOUT THE POSITION
What you will do
•         A hybrid global role managing group finance operations, business partnering with function heads.
•         Responsible for statutory and tax compliance matters and ensure all corporate, statutory/government reporting requirements are met;
•         Ability to effectively analyse and communicate financial results and provide insight analysis to the business to support effective decision-making with the various      stakeholders
•         Maintain strong and effective internal controls in accounting and business processes;
•         Lead and manage the transactions team, driving functional excellence in accounting operations
•         Drive process improvement within the team, and work closely with counterparts in other regions on streamlining accounting processes;
•         Be the point-of-contact for all accounting related matters with internal and external stakeholders including banks, auditors and other regulatory bodies;
•         Participate in projects aimed at process efficiency and optimization
•         Support any ad-hoc regional level/ group level projects and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Qualifications
•    Degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCA or its equivalent
•    Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
•    Preferably with at least 5 years relevant experience
•    Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI
•    Great multitasking and good prioritisation skills
•     Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skills
•     Team player, meticulous and effective time-management
•     Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
