Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Overseas Market Brand Manager for Honor of Kings, located in Shenzhen, China. The role requires 5+ years of experience in marketing and promotional planning, encompassing the entire marketing chain from planning and execution to evaluating results. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies for Honor of Kings based on game content, events, and esports, analyzing current game content and market trends to identify communication points, collaborating with various teams to implement marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize future campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and user research skills, experience with overseas social media platforms, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly MOBA games. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:


岗位职责
1、负责HOK的营销推广工作,基于游戏版本内容、节点及电竞赛事,制定营销策略、策划重点推广campaign,并进行落地执行;
2、能够有效分析当前版本内容,结合流行趋势及市场环节提炼用户沟通点,整合多项营销手段,输出市场营销方案;
3、基于推广方案,协同运营、电竞、UA、及各区域团队,整合游戏内及海外多区域资源,实现最终推广落地,并持续探索新的营销能力;
4、结合营销推广、产品转化与用研数据,复盘宣传效果,优化后续推广工作。
 

Requirements:


岗位要求
1、在市场营销\推广策划方面有5年及以上经验,具备全案策划、落地执行、效果评估的全营销链路经验,熟悉创意设计、网红推广、玩家活动、公关传播、媒介投放、线下活动等营销手段的基本逻辑及效果验收方法;
2、具备较强业务增长导向,具备良好的数据与用研意识,能够将各类传播效果与产品数据增长相关联,注重以营销提升产品数据表现;
3、了解海外重点社媒平台的内容和爆款逻辑,对海外流行趋势及热梗有敏锐触觉,能将热点内容转化为创意,乐于探索新鲜事物;
4、游戏玩家,具备MOBA及其他游戏品类的深度体验经验,能从玩家角度拆解产品乐趣点;
5、学习与执行能力强,能以开放、包容的心态应对跨文化沟通,团队协作意识强,承压能力强。英文流利,能用于工作语言。
