Job Description
- Work with Appier's leaders to advise and support the business' priority talent needs internationally and locally.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract talent.
- Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep up with industry knowledge and talent market news. Respond quickly to the market changes accordingly.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow recruitment teammates.
- This position reports to the head of recruiting and will lead a subset of the recruiting team 3-6 months after joining.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional work experience
- 5 years of end to end recruitment support in a fast-paced environment
- Recruiting leadership experience is plus but not a must
- Experience engaging overseas candidates and senior level candidates
- Thrive in navigating ambiguity in a high growth, and dynamic environment
- Native or near native proficiency in English
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Additional Language skill would be a plus
