About The Role
Highspot is hiring a Sr. Analyst on the Global Sales Compensation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode. You are curious, flexible, passionate, and detail-oriented.  You will execute on critical monthly deliverables while also assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Highspot to continue to rapidly scale.

Responsibilities

    • Support the administration of our incentive compensation programs for our Sales teams worldwide
    • Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments and presentation of commission statements utilizing Xactly
    • Manage and configure data in Xactly such as quotas, employee starts/stops and LOAs, and ensure utmost accuracy by building/running validation reports
    • Support our commissions inquiry process through prompt handling of tickets and informed and thoughtful responses 
    • Collaborate with colleagues in Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to solve administrative challenges
    • Drive operational efficiency in the sales compensation process
    • Prepare and distribute sales plan documents and track through completion
    • Seek to simplify, streamline and automate processes and fully leverage system capabilities

Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of related work experience in a commissions and/or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business
    • Experience using Salesforce CRM and commissions tools (Xactly required, others preferred)
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling. Experience with macros & VBA are a strong plus.
    • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal across all levels of the company.
    • Strong attention to detail and a ‘Details Matter’ mentality.
