Gameplay Specialist - AAA Sports Titles

TPG is hiring entry-level Gameplay Specialists based in Hollywood, California. We are specifically seeking players who spend a lot of time in competitive Madden multiplayer.

Please note that this position will begin as a home-based / remote position, but it may require 100% on-site work at a later date.

The opportunity:

Are you passionate about gaming? Do you know every nook and cranny of Madden and College Football? Can you recite your favorite player’s details and stats from memory?  Do you spend your season rising through the divisions in ranked H2H? Can you execute one-handed catches like it’s your job?  If so, we'd love to learn more about you!

This is a full-time freelance to potential staff role (you will be paid W2 payroll). Performance will be evaluated at or around the 90-day mark of your work with us.

What you will do in this role:

• Capture and save incredible gameplay moments
• Craft precise shot lists detailing great gameplay sequences, camera angles & unique elements
• Get paid to play AAA Sports video games, specifically Madden
• Provide feedback for the game and check for bugs
• Quality control related to game content and continuity
• Report and communicate those bugs with the Gaming Development Team

About you:

• You're a walking encyclopedia of all things American Football and have sunk dozens of hours into Madden. You a master at AAA sports games such as Madden '25, EA College Football '25, or both.
• You play lots of ranked H2H and are highly ranked (ideally Gold division or higher).
• You have a keen eye for detail and can execute the same play multiple times to get it just right.
• Experience in Photography, Cinematography, or Digital Art is a plus.
• You pride yourself on your proficient PC skills and familiarity with popular mainstream gaming consoles (Xbox, PS5, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
• Your communication and time management skills are excellent.
• You're a positive influence in the workplace and a great team member.
