The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of project coordination experience and a passion for video games.

We’re looking for a high-functioning project coordinator who has worked in a fast-paced and high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is efficient and detail-oriented. 

The Game Commercialization Coordinator will support all commercialization activities through execution. This role requires a generalist. The candidate must be able to context-shift without making mistakes; working with both internal and external partners across many systems such as digital game store backends, spreadsheets, and Salesforce. The role requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize,  consistent adherence to process, a positive attitude, and efficient task completion. 

Responsibilities

The foundation of this job will be the execution of daily tasks that require communication with internal and external partners, and the initiative to push projects to completion.

  • Coordinate game discounts across all platforms (Steam, Nintendo, etc.)
  • Ensure our discount calendars are always accurate and up-to-date
  • Set up sale pages to support larger sales (ie Steam Winter Sale)
  • Prepare new game launches for commercialization across channels (Humblebundle, Genba, etc.)
  • Lead game transfer coordination to support game acquisitions
  • Implement bundles of games on all platforms
  • Keep Salesforce CRM and internal spreadsheets updated and error-free
  • Conduct regular game pricing audits across geographies
  • Follow key processes and ensure data is clear, reliable, and current
  • Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of our processes
  • Assist with analysis of game sale performance

Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of project coordination experience
  • Nice to have: experience in first party game store back-ends
  • A passion for video games is a must
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems by reviewing documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The capacity to work on many projects at once
  • Biases for efficiency and detail-orientation
  • Able to work independently, but also highly collaborative and cross-functional
