The FP&A Senior Analyst - IT partners with Global Corporate IT leaders to support financial decision-making. Responsibilities include building quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, leading strategic analysis of SMG&A, managing month-end procedures, overseeing the global workforce planning initiative, and leading the cost allocation model review. The role requires developing enhanced reporting, building strong relationships across teams, supporting audit initiatives, and contributing to broader Group Finance initiatives. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders at the executive level, work with complex financial data, and drive efficiency and quality improvements.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with complex financial data analysis

Reporting to the Director, Global Corporate Finance - IT, this valued team member partners with Global Corporate IT leaders to support financial decision-making through delivery of high-quality reporting, forecasting and month-end processes. These Global Corporate IT leaders are at the executive level, which provides excellent global exposure.

We are looking for a candidate that can effectively communicate with stakeholders to gain key insights that are fundamental in completing quarterly forecasts, annual budget and month-end processes.

This role will collaborate with members of the Global Corporate IT leadership team, members of the Group Planning & Reporting team, and the wider Global Finance team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Global Corporate IT leaders to build accurate and robust bottom-up quarterly forecasts and annual budget through effective business partnering and insight-gathering
  • Lead strategic analysis of SMG&A to provide actionable insights to key finance stakeholders, including our CFO
  • Manage month-end procedures for key Global Corporate IT business units and departments, by reviewing monthly transactions and posting journal entries; as well as highlighting risks and opportunities to projected spend
  • Lead the global workforce planning initiative, including communication to users, being a key point of contact and preparing the forecast model for roll-out of each forecasting cycle
  • Lead the Global Corporate IT cost allocation model annual review, including communication with key stakeholders
  • Develop enhanced reporting, including self-service reporting for stakeholders, such as dashboards, visuals, or new reporting styles
  • Build strong relationships across the Global Corporate IT, Group Planning and Reporting, and extended Group Finance teams to facilitate open and timely communication
  • Support with relevant audit and business risk management initiatives as required
  • Support delivery of Global Corporate IT, Group Planning & Reporting and broader Group Finance initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CA/CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in financial roles, covering FP&A and business partnering
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with pivot tables
  • Experience in financial planning tools (TM1, Microsoft AX, D365, Anaplan) desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
  • Experience working with complex financial data to produce analysis including trend, forecast and KPI analysis generating insights to improve efficiency, quality and performance
  • Confidence to drive challenging conversations and make difficult decisions
  • Identification of opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality, providing trend analysis of forecasting and KPI analysis
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting records and management reports, ensuring compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures to satisfy corporate governance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to see the big picture but able to dive into the details when required

Pay Range

$76,605 - $142,266 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
