Job Summary:

The Fleet C Mechanic - Support a fleet of company vehicles. Independently perform various repairs and preventative maintenance on the company’s transit buses, landscaping vehicles, or miscellaneous equipment. Shifts and days off are to be determined. Must provide own personal tools. Must pass all drug testing required by state and federal regulations. Must be able to work in a team environment. This is a field service position that may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on transit vehicles
  • Perform daily fleet inspections, fueling, and minor repairs at the satellite maintenance facility
  • Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Florida driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with off-road equipment and hydraulic repairs
