We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our Barracuda APAC Marketing organization. This is a dual role that will also cover Field Marketing for ANZ.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing partner recruitment marketing strategies to identify and grow Net New Partners (NNP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner recruitment tactics in the APAC market. Additionally, experience in ANZ field marketing will be a valuable asset.
 
What You’ll Be Working On
  • Assist with the creation of promotional materials and partner communications for partner recruitment in APAC.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to support channel sales efforts in recruiting partners that meet requirements across APAC.
  • Leverage the International Partner Recruitment Team to localize and execute strategies locally.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of newly recruited partners on pipeline building, pipeline health, and marketing effectiveness/ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager locally to execute partner recruitment activities across APAC.
  • Develop a marketing plan with measurable goals to drive pipeline and revenue growth in ANZ.
  • Build co-marketing plans with designated partners to support revenue targets in ANZ.
  • Identify and manage tradeshow sponsorships in Australia to ensure a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and MQL.
  • Measure and report on the impact of local marketing activities in ANZ.
What You Bring to the Role
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of technology marketing and channel marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Prior experience in partner/channel marketing in the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment as well as in a team setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working successfully with sales teams.
