Event Coordinator

Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to manage various activities to support sales goals in the market.

The role reports to the Customer Engagement lead and will require frequent travel to stores and events across the country. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills and good local knowledge of the market.

• Supporting the implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events
• Assist in the planning and execution of regional activities including pop-up & self-serve locations, store openings, test drive and lead generation events
• Work with our internal Design and Content teams as well as external vendors on consistent and effective messaging of customer facing documents, promotional materials and branding to build compelling experiences, that will build awareness, engage and convert
• Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need (e.g. event fleet management)
