  • 8 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with developing infrastructure or making contributions to a code base.
  • Experience with Spring Boot.
  • Passion for API design and for building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
  • Design, implement, extend, and support the infrastructure for building services using Kotlin and Java.
  • Collaborate with teammates across the organization to deliver infrastructure improvements.
  • Triage system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on service operations and quality.
