E-commerce Intern

The Ecommerce Intern will support our digital commerce initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our online store operations. This role offers exposure to various aspects of ecommerce, from content management to digital marketing and analytics. 

YOU WILL:

• Assist in maintaining and updating product listings across our ecommerce platform
• Support the team in monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics
• Help optimize product pages for conversion rate improvement
• Assist in managing inventory levels and product cataloging
• Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns and social media 
• Assist with ecommerce platform transition to Shopify
• Participate in A/B testing and user experience improvement projects
• Support customer journey analysis and optimization efforts
• Help prepare regular performance reports and presentations

Required Qualifications 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field Strong interest in ecommerce and digital retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) 
• Basic understanding of HTML and content management systems 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications 
• Previous internship or work experience in ecommerce or digital marketing 
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms 
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 
• Passion for or knowledge of competitive gaming

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
