Job Description

The Digital Media Planner Trainee will be responsible for planning, negotiating and executing digital media plans. The ideal candidate must be able to manage day-to-day planning and analysis while maintaining strong relationships with publishers and partner agencies.

How you’d spend your day:

  • Assisting digital media strategy
  • Developing and managing digital media plans; negotiating and purchasing media
  • Managing the day-to-day implementation, and optimization of campaign activities
  • Managing campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process
  • Interacting daily and maintaining rapport with digital media publishers
  • Analyzing research data and media/marketing information; sharing information with clients.
  • Monitoring and assessing ongoing campaign performance; assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree related with Advertising, Marketing or Economics, or around one year of experience in digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of digital planning tools: MS Office, TomMicro or Galileo, Comscore and Verification
  • Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
  • Develop client reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive

Additional Information

  • Duration: 6 months part-time (mornings), extendable for an additional 6 months.
  • Hybrid working model: 3 office days and 2 remote days. 
  • Remuneration: 400 €/gross per month.
  • From Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 14:00
  • It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school. If you are unable to sign the annex, don't worry. We have academic partners with whom you can sign an annex by enrolling in a course (paid by the intern).
