The role
You have rich experience in designing solutions that simplify complex tasks, preferably for professional users. As a tireless advocate for the user, you’re excited to iterate on designs to discover what works best and to create incredible software products that will change the world for the better.
You have strong communication skills and can bring your team together to simplify, integrate, and co-create successful user experiences. You enjoy working with customers to understand their needs and build solutions that will help make Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management a set of products they love.
You will perfect your skills in creating experiences with artificial intelligence, data visualization, and accessibility support across mobile apps and web applications. You will use an effective design process including strong user research, and you will own the definition of end-to-end experiences for specific roles or processes. You plan your own work, have flexible working hours. You will design products that people use all day in their job, so you will have a high positive impact on the work experience of large user populations.

- Be an avid customer advocate, consolidate user research data and business requirements to drive clear UX direction on the products.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers, bringing a customer-centric mindset to the table to deliver high-quality outcomes that empower customers to do more.
- Produce designs that illustrate UI excellence and facilitate efficiency, insight, and growth. Deliverables may include storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
- Embody the "One Microsoft" motto and extend your design thinking beyond your own project, considering holistic company values in every solution you build.
- Initiate and facilitate UX team efforts such as design reviews, workshops, pitch decks or other materials that help align people on common goals/direction.
- Contribute to a welcoming and safe working space, fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of industry experience in UX design for products and/or services.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written, and able to present your work to peers and leaders across disciplines.
- Demonstrated understanding of working with or contributing to comprehensive design systems and holistic UI toolkits.
- Proficiency in modern component-based design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative suite.
- Ability to create highly polished UX documentation, functional specs, prototypes, mockups, user flows and other communication artifacts.

- Familiarity with core interaction patterns and digital interface best practices, including accessibility fundamentals.
- Ability to deliver success despite moments of ambiguity, helping drive clarity amongst the team.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to incorporate it into every stage of the design process.
- Experience in scoping, prioritizing, and estimating design efforts accurately.
- Solid understanding of working with comprehensive design systems.
- Experience working in agile and lean methodologies in a multi-disciplinary working environment.
- Experience with inclusive design principles.
Location
This role is at the Microsoft campus in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and has the flexibility to work from home up to 50% of the time.
