Job Description

The Data Compliance Manager at Level Infinite will analyze global data compliance requirements, design product prototypes, write PRD documents, and manage product iterations. Responsibilities include managing functional development, testing, and acceptance. The role requires developing data security solutions, guiding secure data operations, and understanding data compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, APPI, PIPA). Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in data security and privacy compliance, familiarity with industry security products, and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISP, CIPT preferred).

Must have:

5+ years data security & privacy compliance experience
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, APPI, PIPA
Product prototyping & PRD documentation
Functional development & testing management
Data security solution development & implementation

Good to have:

Security testing & penetration testing experience
Data security compliance assessment & testing experience
Game industry information security solutions experience
CISSP, CISA, CISP, or CIPT certifications

岗位职责

分析各国数据合规要求，负责产品原型设计，撰写PRD文档及其他产品相关文档，并规划和推动产品迭代计划。
负责功能开发管理、功能测试与验收工作。
根据行业趋势和公司业务发展，持续提供专业且实用的数据安全解决方案，指导业务数据的安全与合规运营。
深入理解数据合规行业及其要求，具备较强的业务协作能力，能够精准把握业务安全需求，高效带领团队实现业务安全目标，并建立良好的合作关系。
理解互联网产品的逻辑，掌握各种安全解决方案的功能与技术细节，积极推动信息安全解决方案的落地实施。

岗位要求

本科及以上学历，具有至少5年的数据安全与隐私合规经验，需对行业安全产品及相关技术有深入了解。
有安全测试、渗透测试、数据安全合规评估与测试等相关行业工作经验者优先。
熟悉互联网及产品开发业务流程，有游戏行业信息安全解决方案经验者优先。
熟悉国际数据合规法律法规，如GDPR、CCPA、COPPA、APPI、PIPA等。
拥有CISSP、CISA、CISP、CIPT等相关认证者优先。
具备较强的自驱力、开放心态和学习意愿，能在压力下高效工作。优秀的协作能力、沟通能力、项目管理能力及问题解决能力，并具有良好的团队精神。
