Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Cleaning:
- Gather, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports using tools like Power BI, or Excel.
Business Insights:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Visualization and Storytelling:
- Create compelling dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in data collection and analysis processes and propose solutions for improvement.
Statistical Analysis:
- Conduct statistical analyses to support hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
