Summary

Zscaler’s Customer Experience and Transformation practice is a ‘white-glove’ service team that enables sales teams to accelerate campaigns and provides strategic positioning for high-impact outcomes via thought leadership and C-level programs.

We're looking for a CXO Experiences & Programming Intern to join our Customer Experiences and Transformation  team. Reporting to the Sr. Director , Global Executive Advisory, you'll be responsible for: 

  • Researching and identifying key cybersecurity and technology organizations that influence industry standards and align with Zscaler’s mission. 
  • Working with a selected list of organizations, creating detailed engagement proposals, including objectives, benefits, and potential collaboration models. 
  • Developing and initiating executable strategies to engage with industry-leading communities and standards organizations. 
  • Collaborating with Zscaler’s leaders to position key topics and craft compelling content for community engagements. 
  • Leading a full-cycle community engagement initiative, from topic ideation to delivering a successful cybersecurity session. 
  • Building a reusable framework for future engagement initiatives, complete with KPIs and best practices. 

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Rising Sophomore or Junior actively pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, technology consulting, business management, or a related field. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities  and craft actionable recommendations. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and willing to drive work outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. 

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with industry standards and professional organizations in cybersecurity or technology. 
  • Experience in project management or leading collaborative initiatives. 
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$25$50 USD
