What to ExpectAs a Customer Experience Specialist, Tesla Direct at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, delivering vehicles directly to our customers' home or work addresses. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do- Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
- Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
- Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
- Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
- Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage withcustomers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
