Team Introduction Our foreign exchange and financial management team is responsible for global cash management, improving capital income under the premise of ensuring the safety and adequacy of funds and is also responsible for global exchange rate and interest rate risk management for Bytedance group. Responsibilities 1. Reorganize the currency, investment maturity, and capital allocation across domestic and international regions based on both domestic and overseas capital budgets and payment plans. This should include the appropriate distribution of different deposit and wealth management products to ensure the preservation and growth of capital in various regions, while maintaining liquidity safety. 2. Monitor market trends closely and assess the impact of domestic and international macroeconomic conditions and regulatory policies on the company's capital operations. Deliver insightful industry analysis reports and continuously adapt the company's capital strategies both domestically and abroad to align with its evolving development. 3. Cooperate in formulating the company's cross-border cash pool allocation plan and provide materials in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements. 4. Facilitate in developing, maintaining, and updating relevant rules, processes and systems for capital placement in various regions at home and abroad.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in finance, economics, accounting or related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or corporate capital management with familiarity in dealing with multinational enterprises or the technology industry. 3. Understand the relevant rules of capital clearing and transfer, as well as the basic knowledge of corporate accounting and taxation, and be familiar with relevant regulatory policy requirements. 4. Solid understanding of the policy regulations and operation modes of cross-border cash pools. Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior investment operations experience in various capital market products is strongly preferred. 2. Relevant qualifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Planner, and Securities Analyst are preferred. 3. Good communication and coordination skills, execution ability, judgment ability, overall planning ability and summarization ability are preferred.
