Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de production organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe d'animation de longs métrages. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations, en soutenant à la fois les artistes et les aspects logistiques de l'animation. Votre expertise permettra de respecter les délais, de faciliter la communication et de documenter les progrès réalisés tout au long du projet. 
 

Responsabilités : 

  • Assigner les taches du département, en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés. Suivre l'avancement hebdomadaire des artistes afin de maintenir l'efficacité du flux de travail et réajuster si besoin. 
  • Servir de point de contact principal entre les artistes et la production. 
  • Tenir un registre précis des étapes du projet, des résultats des artistes et des quotas.  
  • Travailler avec le responsable du département pour assigner les tâches aux artistes.  
  • Gérer les révisions, prendre des notes et mettre à jour l'état des plans.  
  • Distribuer aux membres de l'équipe et aux parties prenantes des informations sur l'état de la production et les échéances à venir. 
     

Qualités recherchées : 

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans la production de longs métrages d'animation.  
  • Une expérience des logiciels de gestion de projet, tels que Shotgrid ou des outils similaires, est requise.  
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des outils de gestion de projet.  
  • Forte compréhension des processus de production d'animation et des exigences artistiques.  
  • Excellentes aptitudes au travail en équipe, à la communication et à la résolution de problèmes.  
  • Une formation en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to join our feature animation team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation, supporting both the artists and logistical aspects of animation. Your expertise will help maintain timelines, facilitate communication, and document progress throughout the project. 

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll be doing): 

  • Monitor and manage department production schedule, ensuring deadlines are met. Track weekly progress on tasks and artist submissions to maintain workflow efficiency. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between artists and production management regarding schedules and project updates. 
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and meetings to ensure clear communication across teams. 
  • Address any production-related issues or concerns that may arise. 
  • Maintain accurate records of project milestones, artist outputs, and quota 
  • Work with the department lead in assigning the task to the artists. 
  • Manage reviews, takes notes and updates shots status. 
  • Distribute department information on production status and upcoming deadlines for team members and stakeholders. 

Qualifications (What you bring with you): 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in feature animation production. 
  • Experience with project management software, such as Shotgrid or similar tools, is required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. 
  • Strong understanding of animation production processes and artistic requirements. 
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
