This role focuses on content operation within the gaming community. Responsibilities include researching game social media and community trends, planning operation strategies based on game characteristics, analyzing competitor social media and community tactics, optimizing strategies to maintain competitiveness, planning social media activities and community gameplay, defining details, and ensuring effective evaluation. It also involves building diverse feedback channels, collecting player feedback to optimize game interaction, developing user operation plans to support retention, conversion, recall, and revenue growth, and collaborating with R&D and marketing departments to ensure smooth game community and social media operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in game community or social media operations, with IP game experience preferred.
