Content Creator

The Content Creator will participate in various marketing projects across Europe. The role requires creativity, an ability to meet deadlines, strong collaboration skills, and a high attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Set up camera equipment for photo and video shoots.
• Produce, film, and edit video and photographic content for the Marketing Department to share with Evolution’s clients. This includes content for the website, showcasing studios or games, and behind-the-scenes footage for industry events.
• Take ownership of video and photo production related to promotions, cut-outs, and tier 2 operators.
• Assist in creating video and photographic content for Evolution’s external communications, including general website material and specific events such as ICE.
• Contribute to ongoing production for social media channels.
• Undertake project-specific tasks for marketing productions requiring specific assistance or ownership.
• Collaborate with other Marketing Team members to develop storyboards and deliver creative, original ideas.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom, including retouching, creating cut-outs, resizing, and saving stills in appropriate formats.
• Possess working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Conduct research to stay updated on new trends and provide reports with recommendations for improvements and new ideas.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Degree in a creative field
• Working knowledge of the following programs:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Adobe Photoshop 
  • Adobe AfterEffects
  • Adobe Lightroom
• Strong attention to detail.
• A keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and use feedback to improve creative work.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
