Location: BKC, Mumbai

Designation: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute IP’s & Corporate events; end to end both for on-ground and webinars/virtual meets across various platforms
Responsible for leading the project team, planning day to day activities for respective projects and successful delivery of all assigned projects
Responsible for client management and associated activities such as costs sheet, project plan, marketing deliverables & MIS’s
Responsible for acquiring speakers – CXO’s/key decision makers across industries as per the project requirement
Builds and maintains excellent speaker connect, database for prompt delivery on key projects
Travel and attend D&B events for on-ground co-ordination for seamless execution
Ensures optimum utilization of available resources and budgets
Vendor onboarding and management
Maintains accurate business reports for management review
Follow D&B’s compliance policies during and after project delivery by ensuring successful project closure

Key Requirements

7 - 9 years of relevant experience in conferences with a leadership background
Team Management & mentoring
Good command over written & spoken English
Good Negotiation skills (vendor management)
Senior Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
Client Management & Servicing
Good knowhow of MS Office
Event Management (On-ground & Digital)
MIS management & Project Management
Vendor Invoice management & (nice to have knowledge on working with SaaS products like Workday)
Creating Content for HTML Mailers, Social Media Posts, and Invites
