Nhiệm vụ chính

Gặp gỡ và liên lạc chặt chẽ với khách hàng để xác định các vấn đề phát sinh hoặc giải quyết các thắc mắc của khách hàng, chẳng hạn như nhận hàng, giao hàng hoặc khiếu nại dịch vụ
Đảm bảo việc xử lý vấn đề của khách hàng bằng nghiệp vụ và tận dụng kỹ năng mềm để hạn chế những vấn đề leo thang
Đảm bảo chỉ số vận hành FM đạt target hàng tháng thông qua giám sát và chủ động làm việc với Vận Hành để cải thiện.

Yêu cầu

Ưu tiên 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành thương mại điện tử hoặc hậu cần
Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
Có tư duy và lộ trình nghề nghiệp rõ ràng cho công việc Account Management
Tốt nếu có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống Salesforce
Thái độ chuyên nghiệp và kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc
Khéo léo và giỏi giao tiếp để thúc đẩy các nhóm nội bộ và các tài khoản bên ngoài
Làm chủ được cảm xúc là yêu cầu bắt buộc
Quản lý khối lượng công việc khoa học và chi tiết
Tiếng Anh cơ bản
