Job Description

Tesla is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for its Service Centers in Finland. The role involves servicing, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Technicians will ensure high-quality repairs, adhering to strict standards and collaborating with local and regional teams to share best practices. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on all Tesla vehicle types, diligently inspecting vehicles before return or delivery, and participating in ongoing training on Tesla technology and EV repair. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in vehicle service and repair, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills in English, and a valid European driver's license.

Must have:

Professional vehicle service/repair experience
Relevant certifications (ideal)
Excellent English communication skills
European driver's license (Class B)
Ability to work with Tesla software and tools

What You’ll Do

Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience. 
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles

What You’ll Bring

Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries. 
Technically qualified: Ideally, you have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Finland
A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars).
Eligible: have the right to work in Finland

Tehtäviisi kuuluu:

Autojen huolto, korjaus ja kehitys: Teslan ohjelmistojen ja työkalujen avulla korjaus- ja huoltotoimenpiteet Teslan kaikille ajoneuvoille
Ensiluokkaisen laadun varmistaminen: Korjaamme oikein ensimmäisellä kerralla, ja luotamme siihen, että tarkistat auton huolella ennen palautusta ja luovutusta asiakkaalle
Yhteistyö: Työskentelet yhteistyössä eri tiimien kanssa, jakaen parhaita toimintatapoja ja näin kehittäen huollon toimintaa entisestään sekä paikallisesti että koko organisaation osalta
Kehittyminen: Haluamme varmistaa, että onnistut tehtävässä, ja siksi koulutamme henkilöstöämme jatkuvasti Teslan teknlogioihin ja sähköautojen korjauksiin
