Job Description

This is an apprenticeship for a Technical System Planner at Tesla's Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg, Germany. The 3.5-year program (potentially shorter with excellent performance) involves using computer programs to design components and assembly plans, ensuring optimal factory supply of water, electricity, and air. Responsibilities include creating drawings and plans, calculating component sizes, material selection, developing production plans, and creating parts lists. The ideal candidate possesses an interest in physics, technology, and mathematics, along with a secondary school qualification (MSA, Realschule, or Abitur). Strong problem-solving skills, meticulousness, responsibility, and technical aptitude are essential. After the apprenticeship, Tesla offers a permanent position with excellent career progression opportunities.

What to Expect

Als Auszubildende/r technische/r Systemplaner/in entwirfst du mit Hilfe von Computerprogrammen Bauteile und Montagepläne und sorgst für die optimale Versorgung der Fabrik mit Wasser, Strom und Luft.

Start der Ausbildung: 01. September 2025

Ausbildungsdauer: 3,5 Jahre (mit der Möglichkeit zu verkürzen bei überdurschnittlichen Leistungen)

Berufsschule: Berlin

What You’ll Do

Erstellung von Zeichnungen und Plänen von Bauteilen und Grundrissen
Berechnung der genauen Größen von Bauteilen
Unterscheidung von Werkstoffen
Erstellung von Fertigungsplänen
Anfertigen von Stücklisten

What You’ll Bring

Du hast Interesse an den Fächern Physik, Werken/Technik, Mathematik.
Du hast bis zum Ausbildungsbeginn einen MSA, Realschulabschluss oder das Abi in der Tasche.
Du bist ein/e Macher/in.
Umsicht, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind keine Fremdwörter für dich.
Du bringst eine große Portion Geschicklichkeit und technisches Verständnis mit.
