Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong background it travel planning, reservations, and customer service. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for booking flights, booking hotels, arranging transfers and facilitating Visas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trainers Consultation: Engage with trainers to understand their travel
  • preferences, requirements, and budget, offering personalized recommendations
  • for destinations, accommodations, flights, and transfers.
  • Itinerary Planning: Develop comprehensive travel itineraries that encompass
  • flights, hotels and transportation, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Booking and Reservations: Coordinate and book flights, hotels, transfers,
  • managing all logistics to ensure accuracy and alignment with trainers preferences.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries,
  • changes, or issues that arise before, during, and after travel.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, tour
  • operators, and other travel vendors to secure the best rates and exclusive offers.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and new services, keeping trainers and Project Managers informed of the latest travel advisories and tips.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure trainers and Project Managers receive all necessary travel documents, including tickets, hotel confirmation letters, travel insurance, and visas, as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist with rebooking, cancellations, or other unforeseen
  • changes, handling any issues professionally and efficiently to ensure trainers satisfaction.
  • Budget-Conscious Planning: Strategically plan and book travel arrangements
  • that meet trainers expectations while staying within or below the assigned budget.
  • Prioritize cost-efficient options by negotiating with vendors, finding discounts, and exploring alternative travel solutions. Ensure high-quality service and accommodations are selected without exceeding budget constraints,
  • providing trainers with the best value options that align with their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in travel planning, customer service, or a
  • related field; experience as a Travel Agent or Consultant preferred. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel
  • industry trends, and vendor options is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to
  • engage with clients and vendors professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to
  • ensure accuracy in booking and itinerary planning.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think quickly and manage last-minute change or emergencies effectively.
  • Resilient: Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English, with native proficiency in Arabic
  • Versatile: Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required)
  • Collaborative: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
