Associate/Senior/Staff Drive Unit/Traction Inverter Test Engineer

Tesla's drive unit development team seeks skilled test engineers to develop, debug, execute, and optimize reliability tests for drive units and subcomponents. The role involves creating comprehensive validation test programs, leading testing efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams on design reviews and DFMEAs, analyzing test data to root cause failures, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
