As Corporate Counsel at Google, you work on the most exciting legal issues as disruptive technological innovations require creative and proactive legal guidance. As an Associate Security Counsel, you will oversee Google’s response to requests for user data from public safety and similar agencies from around the world as part of Google’s Data Disclosure Strategy team in the legal department. This program provides legal subject matter expertise to ensure that user data is managed in a manner consistent with Google’s principles and policies, and governing legal requirements. The team works closely with the compliance team and others across the Google family, including members of the internal security, engineering, product and policy teams, as well as others within the legal department. The fast-paced work is exciting, important and often groundbreaking.
