中国业务团队正在寻找一个用户增长方向的产品经理,负责晨星投顾解决方案在中国市场推广和落地。作为用户增长产品经理,您需要能够快速学习晨星及全球投顾行业的先进经验,及时跟踪国内外投顾行业的最新趋势。在此基础上,结合中国市场的行业发展阶段以及用户习惯,通过和终端用户持续的需求调研、业务培训及反馈跟踪,提出具体的产品改进意见,最终实现相关解决方案的商业价值。
工作职责
积极研究国内外投顾行业的动态及最佳实践,保持对行业前沿趋势的敏锐洞察,为产品策略提供支持,不断完善晨星中国投顾解决方案。
制定并实施晨星投顾解决方案的市场策略,制作路演材料和书面方案,并能够清晰地呈现产品价值和策略,确保产品在中国市场的有效落地和持续增长。
面向机构客户介绍买方投顾业务的方法论、业务流程、行业研究,以及相应的晨星解决方案。
关注终端投资顾问及投资者的实际需求,通过多种渠道进行用户调研,深入了解目标用户的需求和行为模式,建立用户画像,指导产品优化,推动产品的商业价值增长。
设计并实施业务培训计划,提高团队和客户对产品的认知和使用效率,支持市场推广活动。
建立高效的用户反馈机制,持续监控产品表现,及时进行策略调整和优化更新。
任职资格
3年左右的产品管理或用户增长领域的工作经验,有互联网产品运营、公募基金或基金投顾业务从业经历者优先。特别优秀的条件可适当放宽。
具有正直、开放且包容的价值观。
认同买方投顾行业的发展前景,对财富管理相关的产品开发工作充满热情。
积极主动,擅于沟通,具有良好的对外表达能力,有丰富的产品路演经验者优先。
中英文表达能力优秀,能够制作高质量的产品方案及宣传材料。
本科学历以上,研究生优先。有 CFA 证书者优先。
Associate Product Manager (User Growth Focus) - China Business Team
Job Description
The China Business Team is seeking a Product Manager specializing in user growth to spearhead the promotion and implementation of Morningstar's advisory solutions in the Chinese market. In this role, you will swiftly assimilate Morningstar's global expertise in the investment advisory sector while staying abreast of the latest industry trends both domestically and internationally. Leveraging this knowledge, you will align our solutions with the Chinese market's developmental stage and user preferences. Through ongoing user research, business training, and feedback analysis, you will propose targeted product enhancements to maximize the commercial value of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough research on domestic and international investment advisory industry trends and best practices, maintaining acute awareness to inform product strategies and continually refine Morningstar China's advisory solutions.
• Develop and execute market strategies for Morningstar's advisory solutions, creating compelling presentation materials and written proposals that clearly articulate product value and strategies, ensuring successful implementation and sustained growth in the Chinese market.
• Present buy-side advisory business methodologies, processes, industry insights, and corresponding Morningstar solutions to institutional clients.
• Prioritize understanding the needs of end-users (investment advisors and investors) through multi-channel research, developing detailed user personas to guide product optimization and drive commercial value growth.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance product understanding and utilization efficiency for both internal teams and clients, supporting marketing initiatives.
• Establish robust user feedback mechanisms, continuously monitor product performance, and implement timely strategic adjustments and optimizations.
Qualifications
• Approximately 3 years of experience in product management or user growth, preferably with background in internet product operations, public funds, or investment advisory services. Exceptional candidates may be considered with less experience.
• Demonstrate integrity, openness, and inclusive values.
• Strong belief in the growth potential of the buy-side advisory industry and passion for wealth management product development.
• Proactive with excellent communication skills and external presentation abilities. Prior experience in product presentations is highly desirable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of producing high-quality product proposals and marketing materials.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CFA charter holder preferred.
