Job Description

The Associate Performance Director at Dentsu X in Beijing manages a team of media planners, supporting the Account Director in daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring plans align with client objectives and agency trading goals, overseeing team performance and output, and implementing quality control measures. The role requires understanding the trading implications of planning decisions, ensuring both client and agency targets are met, and ensuring team members understand and achieve client KPIs. The Associate Performance Director also supports the Account Director in prioritizing client and company objectives and manages upward communication to resolve challenges effectively. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position.

Manage media planner team
Ensure plans meet client & agency goals
Oversee team performance & quality
Understand trading implications of decisions
Support Account Director
Prioritize client & company objectives

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.
