Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager - Executive Manager at Paytm's EDC Retail division, you'll be responsible for increasing sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations. This role requires building and managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, resolving merchant queries, and driving overall merchant engagement. Responsibilities include hiring and team development, setting goals and deadlines, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training, handling team conflicts, recognizing achievements, and fostering a positive work environment. You will need strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

Must have:

Client identification and network leveraging
Cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation expertise
Graduation degree
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

About Us: Paytm is India’s leading digital payments and financial services company, which is focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
