This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to manage and grow a team of photographers who capture high-quality media that supports innovative real estate products.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professional field photographers, ensuring the production of high-quality photos and videos while fostering an environment of growth and development. You'll manage daily operations, train team members on best practices, and provide valuable feedback to ensure both performance and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build, train, and mentor a team of 8-10 professional photographers, ensuring effective performance and personal growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Review daily production and adherence to company policies, ensuring all media meets established standards and guidelines.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide actionable feedback and create action plans to help team members succeed and maintain engagement.
  • Process Optimization: Guide the team in media collection, post-production, and customer service best practices, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients to meet organizational objectives.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date on new photography techniques, technology, and management strategies to keep the team at the forefront of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of direct operations management experience, with 6+ employees. Virtual management experience is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and prioritize within a team, with a focus on coaching and professional development.
  • Performance Metrics: Experience in creating KPIs, monitoring progress, and meeting performance objectives.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to build strong teams and influence outcomes through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel (data manipulation, filtering, formulas). Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
  • Photography & Media Skills: Experience with photography, video, and drone work is a plus.
  • Other: Candidates must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
