Introducing Visa Design Studio, an expanding in-house creative agency set up to support Visa’s, clients and partners in the Asia Pacific region, and to drive revenue growth for Visa. What a Multimedia Design does at Visa:
Support the Visa Design Studio team to scale and execute campaigns, delivered with efficiency, finesse and high-quality.
Drive AP Marketing Services revenue growth by effectively executing client projects and briefs through Visa Design Studio.
Collaborate with the local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop visually compelling designs that align with client’s and Visa’s brand strategy.
Ensure consistency in design elements and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.
Comfortable to communicate and present design concepts to external and internal stakeholders, explaining the creative rationale in the context of business objectives.
Work with the team to interpret original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.
Deliver design components ranging from web, graphics, social as well as digital media content, print, environmental, OOH, BTL and packaging across all levels of project complexity.
Make designs come to life by creating and animating storyboards, editing videos, creating mock-ups, convert layouts to HTML format, etc.
Support in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that milestones are met.
Prepare and organize final artwork delivery, ensuring all details and requirements are in place.
Why this is important to Visa
You will report to the Creative team lead for Visa Design Studio. The Visa Design Studio team (part of the Visa AP Marketing organization) is responsible for delivering creative services to Visa’s clients and driving a key marketing service workstream for revenue growth. The team is in it’s early stages of expansion and the role will be integral in its formation to scale up.
What you will need:
You will need to have a strong passion for creativity and strategic design, as well as a high level of comprehension in brand interpretation. Be solutions-oriented, and able to work independently as well as be a team player. As this is a client facing role, you will need to have strong influencing and project management skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have a systematic approach and be able to navigate around ambiguity.
