Our Guidewire Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their Guidewire investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of insurance solutions such as Policy Center, Billing Center and Claim Center as well as Guidewire analytics and data solutions.

Job Summary -

Our Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services) team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance. We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities, and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of Guidewire Insurance suite of applications.

As a Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Along with the above, candidate should have ability to demonstrate: 

Demonstrates abilities solutioning Document Generation system with proven success executing all aspects of complex engagements in Guidewire environment achieving on-time and on-budget delivery, as well as the following:

• Specific hands-on experience in writing DAL Scripts, Triggers, events and Rules.

• Capable enough to create forms, Subforms, Correspondence forms and other associated artefacts.

• Should have fair hands-on in ODEE for building and configuring of new batches and parameters.

• Handson on Static and Dynamic Text, images, tables, XDD maps, overflows, XML mapping to generate outputs.

• Should have good understanding of C# and SQL.

• Must have the knowledge to start and stop ODEE services, jobs as well as debugging of ODEE job – issues.

• Practical Experience around designing real time and batch processing systems.

• Should have worked on Output format: PDF, AFP etc.

• Good to have knowledge with Documaker version upgrades.

• Nice to have knowledge around ODEE administrator and Dashboards.

• Good to have worked with Application Managed services projects and Integrated approach with other upstream and downstream systems which acts as a periphery for Documaker.

Preferred Skills:

• Deep experience in Documaker application on Guidewire environment

• Good knowledge on,

  • C#, SQL

  • XML, XSL, XSD, XDD 

  • DAL XML API’s

  • Web-Services
