Job Description

This role will see you working as part of a team of problem solvers within PwC's Managed Services team. You'll collaborate with various teams to help clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. The focus of the team is on the Finance & Accounting domain, providing support by addressing challenges such as achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity, streamlining processes, optimizing use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury. You will be responsible for using feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas, delegating to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results, demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems, using a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends, reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance, knowing how and when to use tools available for a given situation and explaining the reasons for this choice, seeking and embracing opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives, using straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others, being able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
