The Accelerated Growth Consultant at Google Customer Solutions will work with businesses of all sizes to develop and implement successful advertising strategies using Google's platforms (YouTube, Search, Display Network). This role requires fluent French and English, strong communication and analytical skills, and a minimum of two years' experience in advertising, sales, or marketing. Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly growth targets, building and managing a sales pipeline, consulting with clients at the C-level, and designing effective marketing campaigns. The consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving long-term client success.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Exceed quarterly growth targets
Good to have:
  • Experience with Google's marketing solutions
  • Experience in start-up environments
  • Experience planning & executing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically & develop action plans

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to move fast and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly Business growth and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of potential business in addition to partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.

  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
