Job Description

This is a 3D Artist role with responsibilities including 3D modeling of characters, environments, and objects for in-game use, texturing and shading to give models realistic surface qualities, rigging and animation preparation, maintaining art style consistency, realizing visual concepts, and creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D art production, proficiency in 3D modeling tools like Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, knowledge of texturing and shading, and experience with AAA action game development. Strong drawing skills, creativity, communication skills, and experience in creating photorealistic 3D models are preferred.

Responsibilities:

仕事内容

1.3Dモデリング

ゲーム内のキャラクター、環境、オブジェクトなどの3Dモデルを制作します。ゲームのテーマやストーリーに沿ったデザインを行います。

 2.テクスチャリングとシェーディング

モデルにリアルな質感を与えるためのテクスチャリングとシェーディング作業を行います。

3.リギングとアニメーションの準備

キャラクターやオブジェクトが自然に動くためのリギングを行い、アニメーターが使用するための準備をします。

4.アートスタイルの維持

ゲーム全体のアートスタイルに一貫性を持たせるため、他のアーティストと連携しながら作業を進めます。

5.ビジュアルコンセプトの実現

ゲームのビジュアルコンセプトに基づいて、アイデアを具体化し、魅力的なビジュアルを創り出します。

6.ドキュメント作成

作業手順や技術的なドキュメントを整備し、チーム内での情報共有を促進します。

Job Description

1. 3D Modeling

- Create 3D models of characters, environments, and objects for in-game use, ensuring designs align with the game's theme and story.

2. Texturing and Shading

- Perform texturing and shading tasks to give models realistic surface qualities.

3. Rigging and Animation Preparation

- Set up rigging for characters and objects to ensure natural movement and prepare them for use by animators.

4. Maintaining Art Style

- Work collaboratively with other artists to maintain consistency in the overall art style of the game.

5. Visual Concept Realization

- Bring ideas to life based on the game’s visual concept, creating appealing visuals.

6. Documentation

- Prepare work procedures and technical documents to facilitate information sharing within the team.

Requirements:

応募資格

1.3Dアート制作の経験(AAAまたはAAプロジェクトが望ましい)

2.3Dモデリングツールの使用スキル(Maya、3ds Max、Blenderなど)

3.テクスチャリングおよびシェーディングに関する知識

4.3Aアクションゲームの開発経験があれば尚可

5.優れた描写能力と創造力

6.チームでの協力とコミュニケーション能力

7.フォトリアルでの3Dモデル製作の経験(優遇)

Qualifications

- Experience in 3D art production (preferably in AAA or AA projects)

- Proficiency in using 3D modeling tools (such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender)

- Knowledge of texturing and shading

- Experience in developing AAA action games is a plus

- Strong drawing skills and creativity

- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team

- Experience in creating photorealistic 3D models (preferred)

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30 フレックス制(コアタイム無し) 休憩時間 60分

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)

入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日

年末年始休暇(12/30-01/03)

病気休暇(有給):12日/年
