Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a 2D Game Community Content Operator to build and manage content for their official community platforms. Responsibilities include creating a content system, utilizing PGC, PUGC, and UGC to maintain consistent content flow across various platforms, analyzing user preferences to devise targeted content strategies, collaborating with internal and external partners for content execution, and establishing a content performance evaluation system. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the 2D gaming market, strong creative skills, and at least 3 years of game promotion or operation experience. Familiarity with major 2D content platforms and deep experience with popular 2D games are essential. Fluency in English, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.

【Job Responsibilities】

1、搭建二次元游戏官方社区产品的内容体系与内容发布账号矩阵，结合运营目标策划内容栏目；

2、根据游戏新版本、宣发节点和长草期等时期的运营需求，通过PGC、PUGC和UGC等手段保持社区内持续有内容填充；

3、能洞察用户喜好趋势，并给出针对性的内容运营方案；根据重点版本和宣发节点目标，提出相应内容创意提案，打造具有传播力的亮点内容；

4、与内外合作方良好沟通，跟进内容的执行落地，把控制作周期，确保落地品质与交付时间；

5、根据用户反馈、内容数据定期总结，建立内容效果评估体系，不断进行内容创意与执行的优化；

Requirements:

1、解当前国内或海外二次元市场的热门内容，关注二次元热点及用户偏好，关注市面优秀产品的推广合作；有创意能力，对二次元内容有资深的审美并对新内容趋势有个人洞察；

2、十分熟悉国内或海外主要二次元内容平台，深度二次元社区用户加分；

3、喜爱二次元文化，对二次元手游有深度了解或长期游玩经验，深度游玩头部二次元产品2-3款及以上；

4、有3年以上的游戏推广或运营经验，对游戏行业充满热情；

5、认真负责，需要有多线程任务处理能力和良好的协作沟通能力；

6、英语/日语/韩语能力者加分。
