Job Summary

Job Description

The Medical Director will lead a team of medical managers and medical editors, responsible for providing professional medical services to key clients. This includes developing annual medical strategies, creating medical promotional materials, supporting medical projects, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role also involves in-depth management of academic knowledge in key disease areas, monitoring academic progress, and maintaining professional communication with client medical teams. Furthermore, the Medical Director will lead the team in new business development and participate in key business decisions. Responsibilities include team training, daily management, and improving team efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Must have:
  • Clinical medicine or pharmacy background (Master's degree)
  • 5-7 years' experience in medical editing/management
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in cardiovascular, oncology, or diabetes preferred
Good to have:
  • Experience in foreign pharmaceutical companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2.负责重点疾病领域的学术知识的深入管理，关注领域内学术进展，与客户医学团队保持专业沟通

3.带领团队参与公司新业务的开拓，参与公司重要业务决策的制定

4.负责医学团队的培训和日常管理，提升团队工作效率

职位要求

1、临床医学或药学相关专业，硕士以上学历，英文写作及沟通能力良好

2、5-7年以上医药健康传播领域医学编辑、医学经理工作经验，独立负责过单个或多个品牌的医学策略及医学编辑工作，具备团队管理经验

3、工作积极，善于学习，善于沟通，有很好的团队激励能力，能承受较大的工作压力

4、有心血管、肿瘤或糖尿病领域服务经验者优先

5、有同行业经验者或外资药企医学部工作经验者优先
