Job Summary

Job Description

A Senior Strategy Manager is sought with 5+ years of professional experience and a strong understanding of branding, marketing theories, and practices, demonstrated by successful case studies. The role requires insightful market analysis, the ability to develop competitive tactics, and strong conceptual summarization skills with excellent writing abilities. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, understanding advertising workflows, independently creating strategies and presentations, and exhibiting strong teamwork and organizational skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. International 4A advertising or related company experience is essential.

  • 熟悉广告运作流程，能独立拟定策略及完成提案。
  • 良好团结协作能力和组织协调能力，执行力强
  • 对医药等相关学科有所涉及者为佳 。

职位要求

  • 有国际4A广告或相关公司工作经验，丰富的全案策划经验；
  • 须有至少4年以上的同岗位工作经验，嗅觉敏锐，眼光独到；
  • 足够强大的逻辑思维及洞察力，具备较强的信息综合、分析归纳能力；
  • 优秀的口头、书面表达能力，良好的沟通协调能力、项目管理能力；
  • 广告学、新闻学或相关专业专科以上学历;
  • 工作独立性强、反应快速，承压能力高；
  • 面试请携带作品。
