Job Description

NetEase is seeking a Development Environment Director to manage the server, network, and development equipment for its Japanese game development studios. This role involves collaborating with game creators to build and maintain the IT infrastructure, including managing the internal LAN, PCs, development equipment, cloud virtual environments, licenses, user accounts, and overall work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for the entertainment industry and cutting-edge internet technologies. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of IT support tasks, focusing on the creation and upkeep of a high-performance development ecosystem.

Must have:

TCP/IP network management experience
Windows/Linux server administration
Cloud virtual server management
Proactive and collaborative work style
Strong communication and hospitality

Good to have:

Large-scale, high-spec PC environment management
Game development equipment management

業務内容
開発スタジオのIT環境サポートとして広くご担当いただきますが、主には以下の業務です。
・社内LANの運営・管理
・PCや開発用機材の管理
・クラウド仮想環境の構築・管理
・ライセンス、ユーザ管理
・ゲーム開発における作業環境の維持・構築

求める人材
・社内外を問わず、周囲を積極的に巻き込みながら、主体的に行動できる方
・エンタメ業界や最新のインターネット技術全般に情報感度が高く、興味がある方
・技術トレンドへの好奇心があり、実際に自分で試している方
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、ホスピタリティのある方

必要なスキル・経験
・TCP/IPベースのネットワーク機器の運用管理経験
・Windows ServerもしくはLinuxによるサーバ運用管理経験
・クラウド仮想サーバ環境の運用管理経験あると望ましいスキル・経験
・大規模・ハイスペックPC環境の運用管理経験
・ゲーム開発機器の運用管理経験
