Team
Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and top-performing team. We work on high priority projects across the organization, such as identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team, you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization.
Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Venture Lead to drive our expansion in the audiovisual industry. This role will focus on building an entertainment app tailored to resonate with US audiences, leveraging our strengths in mobile technology.
Key Responsabilities
- Develop and execute a strategic vision
- Lead content production and acquisition strategies to ensure high-quality offerings
- Oversee product development, user acquisition and monetization strategies
- Recruit, inspire and manage a high-performing team
- Negotiate partnerships, manage budget and drive the project to success
Profile
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the media or tech industry
- Experience with content production, user engagement and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of the US media landscape and consumer behavior
- Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with mobile app development and monetization models
- Low ego, humble, no political behavior
