Job Description

Tesla in Hsinchu, Taiwan is seeking a Vehicle Technician (車輛維修技師) to perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Tesla electric vehicles. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing vehicles, operating power tools and workshop equipment, performing PDI (pre-delivery inspection), maintaining accurate records of time, costs, and materials, ordering parts and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting promotional events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and possess a strong understanding of automotive repair principles. Experience with electric vehicles is a significant advantage.

Must have:

Inspect and repair Tesla vehicles
Operate power tools and workshop equipment
Perform PDI (pre-delivery inspection)
Maintain accurate records
Order parts and supplies
Mentor junior technicians
