Telegram Community Manager needed to maintain and grow the community on social networks. Responsibilities include greeting joining people, answering questions, referring to other team members if necessary, following up on comments and shares, and moderating social media channels.

We are looking out for a community manager for telegram who will be responsible for maintaining and growing the community on social networks (and via website online help tool).

Responsibilities :

Greet joining people.
Answer all the questions coming from community members.
Refer community members to other team members if necessary (notably - - if there are technical questions you are not qualified enough to answer).
Follow up on the comments and shares.
Forward marketing and partnership requests comming through social media channels.
Moderate social media channels.
Maintain the FAQ file updated and filled with reliable information, etc.
