About the job:

What You'll get to do:

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project processes and timelines are adhered to.
Project Roadmap Ownership: Take ownership of project roadmap execution, ensuring goals are achieved within deadlines.
Team Facilitation: Lead team meetings, motivate team members, and resolve dependencies.
Risk Management: Identify, track, and manage risks to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, conveying project goals, updates, and outcomes clearly.
Status Reporting: Provide comprehensive and timely reports to management.
Process Optimization: Implement and adapt project management methodologies to improve efficiency.
Scope Management: Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and manage project scope.
Client Engagement: Represent the company in client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

What You need to know:

At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
Knowledge of IT tools and practices.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Engineering background or knowledge of .NET engineering (or similar fields) is a plus.
Experience or background in business analysis is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Lean or similar project management methodologies is a plus.
iGaming experience is advantageous.
