■職務内容
<職務概要>
・日本国内における製造販売計画に応じた在庫（入出庫）マネージメント
・国内流通加工の計画実行及び進行管理

PlayStationに関して国内で扱う全ての商品をハンドリングして行く業務です。
発売までには様々な苦難もありますが、無事に発売を迎え店頭に製品が並び、
お客様が手に取っている光景を見た際には苦労が報われる思いがあり非常にやりがいのある仕事です。

<職務詳細>
・製品毎の入出庫管理
　-日々入出庫波動を捉え販売計画に応じた在庫マネージメントの実行
　-倉庫側への適切な情報提供により、余裕のある出荷Operationを実現
　-製造販売における物理的矛盾の回避/調整
　-実行可能な出荷計画の見極めと社内外調整

・流通加工管理
　-加工工程全般のマネージメント
　-加工部材の調達・確保・供給処理
　-進行管理

■組織・職場紹介
Global組織の一部として機能しつつも国内Operationに特化した部署となります。
少数精鋭でそれぞれの得意分野における知識と経験を活かし活動しています。
出社は週一程度（必要に応じ適宜調整）で基本的テレワークでの業務遂行となります。
活発に意見交換しながら和気あいあいと風通し良い環境で、
それぞれ業務をフォローし合いながら積極的に有休取得も推奨しています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域
【必須（MUST）】
・生産管理経験、工程管理経験等 3年程度
・工程管理能力
・計画系業務への理解と実行力
・Excel、PowerPoint中級レベル以上
・ITスキル、System理解力

■語学力
【英語】
・現状業務上英語を使用するケースは少ないが、日常会話レベルが出来る事が望ましい
