- Should use the best design methods, applications, software, and techniques to work on the project.
- Should Understand the design brief given and execute accordingly.
- Work on Pitch designs.
- Should be open to learning new things and adapt new trends.
- Should be a team player & work well with all departments.
- As a creator/designer, you should be able to shoot, edit and create content.
- Should be proactive in thinking and suggest ideas and new execution styles regularly.
- Thorough Knowledge of design practices.
- Should be Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite applications like, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends is a must.
- Should be good with Ideation, Creatives, Motion Graphics, conceptualisation, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography and Illustrations.
- Should have good knowledge of photography and videography.
- Should be good with Illustrations and different styles.
