How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

The Sr Manager Sales & Retail will contribute to the development of the Mexican retail market by driving product market share and distribution across various categories. Strengthen the breadth and depth of Disney's portfolio through solid partnerships with retailers, category managers, marketing, other Disney´s LOBs and creative teams, aligned with the strategy of licensees and DTRs. Optimize the Disney Consumer Products business strategy and ensure excellence in trade marketing execution, delivering the best experience for the consumers in line with corporate priorities

The Sr Manager Sales & Retail will be responsible for:

  • Retail accounts and Trade Marketing team management.
  • Identify market opportunities in different sales channels such as manufacturers, regional chains, alternative channels, catalogues, drugstores, E-commerce, Indirect channels, wholesalers, distributors, Department Stores.
  • Assure retail campaigns on retails base to guarantee franchise visibility and consumer desire.
  • Responsible for projects in retail, manage the budget and develop new strategic plans.
  • Get sell out information from Retail in order to measure the sales performance.
  • Intense synergy, integration with Category, Licensees, Marketing, Creative teams and other Disney´s LOBs.
  • Identify customer needs by channel. Be in contact with retailers to assure the retail calendar implementations. Assure great relationship inside the company teams and outside with licensees and retailers.
  • Retail control overseeing campaigns, post-mortem, investments, ROI.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Administration, Business, Communication, Marketing.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in retail and trade marketing, with a strong emphasis on management roles overseeing teams and projects.
  • Experience working in consumer goods or licensing products companies.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Great communication skills, commercial approach, team-player, controller, finance view, organized, dynamic, energetic, proactive.
  • Results-driven and dedicated to delivering high performance.
  • Focused on people development and team leadership.
  • Establish relevant metrics to evaluate and enhance business performance.
