Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in people management
  • Experience leading operations and spend management in a corporate environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in finance or related field
  • Experience in a spend management, supporting an Operations team, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvement, including familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Deep understanding of sourcing operational processes and workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations spend management team. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Communicate financial insights to influence decisions.
  • Streamline and enhance spend management processes, and increase efficiency and transparency. Develop comprehensive spending reports, including variance analyses and cost driver identification. 
  • Assess financial impacts of operational changes. Collaborate on annual budgets, monitor spending, and forecast future needs.
  • Partner with the Operations team to understand their needs and provide financial insights. Participate in projects to improve efficiency and optimize operational expenditures.
